The Pupillo farm, founded in 1908, occupies part of the extension that once constituted the Feud of Targia, famous not only for the Frederick's castle, but also for the fertile soils capable of giving unique flavors and aromas to each production. For over twenty years Nino Pupillo has dedicated himself to reconstituting the vineyards of his ancestors to re-propose the Moscato di Siracusa, a wine that has long since disappeared, which declines the history of these lands by combining it with the most modern winemaking techniques.
